Addison 5 “Courthouse” catalin radio that dates to the late 1930’s. The radio’s swirled catalin cabinet is in outstanding original condition. It has no cracks, no repairs and no “paint-overs.”
Clean, crisp, brightly colored dial, and undamaged original knobs. Dial pointer is working properly. Chassis is in good shape, very clean, with minimal oxidation.
Power cord and plug are both electrically sound (they appear to be original), and the radio works. Tunes stations, and plays them clearly.
A stunning example of marbleized catalin.
