Beautiful Victor V disc phonograph with an uncommon Hawthorne & Sheble flower horn. Phonograph and horn are both in exceptionally nice original condition.

The V was Victor’s top-of-the-line oak phonograph and its largest oak phonograph. It was also the ultimate workhorse, with a massive 3-spring motor capable of playing multiple sides with a single winding.

Condition of this Victor V is excellent. Clean original cabinet finish, original nickel-plating on the hardware and fittings, original horn elbow. Solid cabinet, with no damage, no repairs, no issues whatsoever. The back-bracket decorations are still prominent, and both paper labels (the oiling instructions inside the cabinet, the license on the underside of the base) are still intact.

And if you think the phonograph is beautiful, take a look at the horn. Eleven matte black panels, with gold details. Original enamel inside and out. Panels are seamed snugly together, with no dents, no damage, no issues.

The phonograph runs well, sounds great and will be the focal point of any room in which it’s placed.
