Beautiful, factory-built Audiotron receiving set manufactured in the late teens by Signal Electric in Menominee, Michigan.
This is one of only a handful of surviving examples of this radio, and its condition is excellent.
Original board, with its original finish intact. Loose coupler has clean coils, and the tapped connections on the primary coil are all secure. All wiring beneath the board is in good condition.
Connecticut Telephone tuning condenser is clean and correct. Binding post assemblies are complete and correct.
No damage to any of the components, and all of the components are correct and original.
UV-based tubular Audiotron tube has an open filament, so the radio also includes a good 1 Amp 201 tube.
Comes with a pair of Holzer-Cabot headphones (with good drivers) manufactured in Boston, MA ca. 1919.
