Beautifully made French TSF radio with its matching single-stage amplifier. Each component has a good tipped military SIF valve.
The pair date to the early 1920’s and are unsigned but were manufactured by Radio Industries in France. The components have engraved panels and serial numbers stamped on the backs of their cabinets.
Both components are original throughout, and the radio comes with 3 plug-in Fragor coils.
The amplifier’s AF transformer tests good, and the two SIF valves have good filaments. No further testing has been undertaken.
With coils, tuning rods and tubes installed, and assembled side by side, the pair measure approximately 21″ x 9″ x 6″. Shipping weight approximately 18 lb.
Includes a Brunet high impedance headset for display (driver coils are open).
