Stunning ca. 1910 Victor II disc phonograph with a matching original Victor wood horn.

Condition of both the phonograph and the horn is excellent, and the phonograph is in fine working order. The turntable felt and “Nipper” horn decal have been replaced, but the phonograph and horn are otherwise original throughout, with no incorrect parts, no replica parts.

The cabinet is clean, and the finish is original. The back-bracket is clean, with beautiful original color decorations and original enamel that’s still deep black and glossy. The nickel-plated fittings are clean, with minimal tarnish and oxidation. The ID plate is clean and legible, the brake is working properly. The horn elbow has no dents, the motor and governor are working properly, the original Victor Exhibition reproducer is working properly (and sounds great).

The 19″ diameter Victor wood horn is in excellent original condition, with a clean finish and the original Victor patent data blind-stamped into the metal collar. There is no damage anywhere. As you can see in the photographs, the horn’s tiger oak grain is stunning, so richly defined it’s almost 3-dimensional. The Nipper decal, as noted above, is a replacement, and it’s positioned at 6 o’clock, facing the turntable.
