1911 Victrola IV Phonograph With Steel Slat Grill & Victor Type “O” Sound Box

This is the first version of the Victrola IV disc phonograph, with a round brake, a stamped steel slat grill, a nickel-plated turntable, and a closed-case “O” type Exhibition reproducer.

Condition is excellent throughout, and it plays really well.

Clean original cabinet finish, clean nickel plating on the small parts, and a clean grill that exhibits no rust and only minimal tarnish.  Original turntable felt, with a few nicks and marks but nothing significant. Door pulls are original, as are the screws that secure the motorboard to the cabinet.

Paper labels on the underside of the base are original and  in excellent condition.

Comes with a professionally made replica of the original owner’s manual.
